Spotify App Does not play songs

My Question or Issue

Good afternoon,
I have had a problem with my Spotify app on my Samsung S8 for several days.
I start the app and it doesn't happen but the timeline doesn't stop and the play button shows the pause button as it should, but I can control other devices with the app like Amazon Alexa.
I also deleted the cache and data and uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and ran a cleaning program. But unfortunately without success.
I hope you have a solution for me!

ich habe seit mehreren Tagen ein Problem meiner Spotify App auf meinem Samsung S8.

Ich Starte die App und es passiert aber nicht die Zeitleiste bleibt stehen und der Play Button zeig dann den Pause Button so wie es sein soll, ich kann aber mit App andere Geräte Steuern wie zum Beispiel Amazon Alexa.

Habe auch schon den Cache und die Daten gelöscht und anschließend die App Deinstalliert, Handy neu gestartet und ein Reinigungsprogramm rüber laufen lassen. Aber leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich hoffe Ihr habt eine Lösung für mich!

Can you give us a bit more info?

Can you play music normally from your phone if you're not connected to any other devices like smart speakers? Also, does this happen both on Wi-Fi and Mobile data?

A short video or a screenshot would also be helpful, so we can look into this further.
