My Question or Issue

Hello everyone, I've been facing an issue for a few days: I had noticed my account was somehow compromised because someone was using it to listen to an artist in particular, probably to boost their streams. Anwyay, I decided to press on "sign out everywhere" button and changed my password to get rid of this user. I managed to successfully log in back from my Spotify desktop but my Android app has stopped working since then: it's always stuck in the loading screen even though I have deleted cache&data and reinstalled it multiple times. I would like some assistance, thank you.

No worries, in this case we'd recommend taking a look at this FAQ and following all the steps you can find there. This will ensure that your account is secure.


On another note, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app on your phone, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?


If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?
