Spotify App will not even open anymore on my HTC EVO .

.. I am a premium member and can not even get help through Spotify

when I told Spotify on the phone that I was havign a problem the CS Tech simply told me that I had no tasked the right way.

I HAVE A SMART PHONE ...I PAY FOR PREMIUM ACCOUNT JUST TO LISTEN TO SPOTIFY. SINCE DAY 2(it has been over a month now)  I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS APP ON MY HTC EVO. PLEASE FIX IT FOR ME. UNTIL THEN I WILL CANCEL MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT AND ASK FOR A REFUND OF MY FIRST MONTH OF SERVICE .

I am interested who you where talking to? Spotify don't offer telephone support (unless I missed a big annoucement). 

Can you try all of the steps outlined in the android troubleshooting guide and make sure you install the most recent version from google play. There have been quite a few bug fixes lately! 🙂
