My Question or Issue

I already contacted SpotifyCares using Twitter and they still haven't responded. I'm having issues on my app. It plays songs but skips MOST of the songs I play. It's a bug I guess. I've done everything to troubleshoot it. Reinstalled it. Restarted my phone. Logged out, restarted again, then logged in. Even connected to different networks and tried cellular data.

 

I think most people experience this right now.

 

Please fix it soon.

Do you mind trying another clean reinstall, but this time making sure to clear all Spotify app data? The steps to do this are outlined in this support article.
