My Question or Issue

Everyday I use spotify at work on my phone but everyday, after two songs, it crashes. It's so frustrating!

I try everything: reinstalling app, clean spotify cache, change password, log out any device, ecc. But NOTHING! I use mobile data. Please, help me, PLEASE!!

Hey @Gario thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,

It could be because you do not have a good Internet connection, if you can try turning down the quality of the music, or connect to a wifi network. You can also download songs so that it will not buffer.
