Spotify Connect not working on Marantz NA8005

I have a Marantz NA8005 which was working fine with Spotify Connect feaw days ago. Spotify Connect on my laptop and android device finds the player but no connection is build up. Any proposal how to fix this problem?

I had the same problem with a new Marantz NA8005.

After a factory reset, Spotify worked perfectly.

But I wonder, why the Windows Desktop App does not always sync with what is currently played by the Marantz.

The Android App is always properly synced.

Any idea?
