Spotify Sony Xperia Z, makes the volume go down and up, pausing music

Hi!

Im having a delicate problem when using spotify.
When i use the application i usually uses a headset and not just headphones.
During the usage of the Spotify app my phones goes bonkers.
Changes the volume from highest too lowest and vice versa.
Pauses the music when i turn off the screen.
I've tried to clear the data and the cache, problem still exists.
reinstalled the application, still exists. 

The voice commands in the Android OS kicks in, wich does'nt accur when im not playing.
So easily said, i believe that the app is high jacking my phone.

Do you have any EQ settings turned on inside Spotify, it is known to cause issues sadly.
