Spotify app on broken device means I can't log in on new phone

Spotify app on broken device means I can't log in on new phone

Hiya, I had a Samsung but it got broken so am now using a different device. I downloaded the app again and tried to log in but it said that I already had an account set up in that name. I have gone on line and used the "log out on other devices" function but it still isn't letting me log in. How do I rectify this as I am really missing my music! 😞

It sounds like you are trying to create an account instead of just logging into your existing account. Make sure you are logging in with your user name and not an email address or use the log in with facebook option if your account is linked to facebook.
