Spotify can' find offline songs after restore

Have the Galaxy S 4 and installed spotify.  Went through my playlist and downloaded roughly 200 songs for offline use.  Everything works great.  I made a titanium backup of all my apps and data.  I had to factory reset my phone.  After the reset I restored all my apps including Spotify.  When I log into spotify, it shows I have nothing offline.  I can brows to the folder where the songs are and they are there.  I don't know what I need to do to get spotify to understand that I don't need to download all these songs again.

Restoring from a backup is very unlikely to work for security/copyright reasons. I think all you can do now is to perform a clean reinstall, following these instructions. If it doesn't fix the issue, please repost here.
