My Question or Issue

Spotify isn't showing any info whenever I open an artist in my library neither search, I can look for songs and play them one by one but not allowed to play my liked and downloaded songs, even in offline mode.

I've tried cleaning the cache, doing a clean reinstall and nothing seems to work.

In case the clean reinstall didn't do the trick for you, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Alternatively, you can try authorizing Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.

 

Another thing worth checking is if you experience the same when using a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information.
