Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

• Is this on all devices or only on this one? If you haven't tested other devices, please do so.
• When did this start happening?
• If you restart the device more times, does that fix the issue?
• If you do a full clean reinstall, does the app start working again? Does restarting after that cause crashes again?

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

I resetted my phone and it works now.
