Spotify crashes on my samsung GS5. it wont even load.

Can someone help me figure out why spotify will not work at all. I have erased all traces of spotify on my phone and SD card, re installed but still same issue...... I'm at a loss!!!

Ofcourse he did ! And so did i over and over and over and over again gping on a **bleep**ing week now and i still cannot git on my phone... Wtf does it take. Do you realize the amount of frigging hours ive **bleep**ed wt this darn app everyday for days on end.. I can log in thru mail like i am right now and read all this **bleep** about what a **bleep**ed up service pplpayfor and dont even git like me but the app just wont load or some **bleep**. Just a black screen. Now dont even ask me if ive tryed this or that cuz i have tryed every**bleep**ing thing and im sick of it.... I paid for premo package but aint got **bleep** but pissed on... What are you going to do aboutit other that nothing.... I need customer service not this support group bull**bleep**. This aint aa and im not an alchoholic.... How in the hell do i contact somebody and have a short onversation. Ive already had about four email from this bullshot support rap. Im asking a question i dont need no stupid muther **bleep**er asking me some stupid ass question in return and then not even **bleep**ing respond when i answer it like this afternoon. I jumped right on it as soon as i got a email and didnt even git a reply.
