Spotify deleting my offline musics..

Hello. I m using Spotify premium like 2 years. But some times its deleting my downloaded music. For last time im camping like 8 days but first day at my vacation it did it again. And ofc i cant download 800 music without wi-fi or mobile data. I can see 13gb data usage at my micro sd and app usage screen. Musics in my phone but Sri want me to download them. How can I solve this problem? When it is appears first time Spotify help diet help and it did again just before my camping. How I can solve it?.

That's odd. Can you give us some more info about this issue? Let us know:

• Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

• Could you check how much free space do you have available on your phone? The recommended available memory is shown here.

• Just to check, do you have any cache-clearing apps?
• Did it happen after their phone restarted/battery died?
