Spotify does not want to download songs

My Question or Issue

Hey, i have a little problem with my Spotify. I turned ON my Data Transmision because i want download some tracks, when i go in to my play list i pushed the button to download all tracks from it. But after a sec i saw this statement: "Go To Settings to download using cellular. Thanks for help everyone !

To enable downloads over you Mobile Data follow the steps below:

By default, downloading over your mobile data connection (3/4G) is disabled. To enable it:

1. Tap Your Library 
2. Tap Settings 
3. Tap Music Quality. 
4. Under Download, select Download using cellular. 

Tip: It's recommend downloading over WiFi to avoid mobile data charges.
