Spotify doesn't load playlists and artists pages

My Question or Issue

Hello everyone!

For about 2 days now my Spotify Android App doesn't load any artists pages or Playlists. With the artist pages the page is just blank, and the playlists including albums and liked songs shows the attached error message.

I've reinstalled Spotify, re-logged and cleared cache both from inside Spotify and via Android. I can play songs normally if I search for them and it also loads on my laptop perfectly fine.

I'd appreciate any pointers or ideas you may have, since this makes the app quite unusable.

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.

Do you have a lot of albums saved in your library? Could you remove them via the desktop app and reinstall the app on the phone with these steps? Let's see how the app behaves afterwards.

Could you try also reproducing the issue with another account, if the above doesn't resolve it?
