Hi @Ghoste666, thanks for reaching out.

My first suggestion is that you try adjusting the Battery Saver/Background Data settings on your mobile phone.

To do this, please take the following steps:

Step 1. Power your Android phone, and go to Settings.

Step 2. Locate the Apps and then select Manage Apps. Scroll down to find Spotify and tap on it.

Step 3. Choose Battery saver/Background data settings - if it's set to No Restrictions, change it to Battery saver or any other option that you think works best for you.

Let me know how it goes!

Dear @Bittencourt

Thank you for your prompt response and the suggested solution. I appreciate your efforts to assist me.

Unfortunately, after trying the solution provided, I'm still encountering the same problem.

Could you please offer further assistance or explore alternative solutions to help resolve this matter? Your continued support is greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey @Ghoste666

Just to check, could you please try again going to the device's settings > Apps > Spotify > Battery > disable Allow background activity > restart the device.

If that doesn't do the trick, I would suggest reinstalling the app to see if that makes a difference.

Hope this is more helpful!
