Spotify don't save some albums

I try to save some albums on my cell device Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 4.4.2, I have a premium account, so I go to the artist page, I follow them and I save an album of this artist (Porter, for example) everything it's ok but when I close the app, and open it, latter, the album does not appear on my music and don't be saved. This happens with a lot of artist... I disappoint very much, I'm thinking about change my music provider...

When you save the album, do you see if the songs within it get a green arrow next to them?

This green arrow means they are downloaded and you should be able to play them without connection.

Also keep in mind that Spotify will stop downloading songs when the device you are using has a small available storage.
(sometimes even if you have 500MB-1GB available)
Try deleting apps and stuff you don't need and maybe that helps.

Check your internet connection too.
Maybe closing the app and its process helps.
If nothing works then please try reinstalling the Spotify app.
