Spotify freezes on sony bravia tv

Hi

I cannot run Spotify app on my sony bravia 65in tv. Spotify worked several month without any problems. Now, when I try to run app the screen turns black and nothing happens (sometimes the message occur: no connection with internet... - I have excelent connection, netflix 4k, youtube work!). I have tried to uninstall, install again, reboot tv - nothing helps.

Any ideas how to solve the problem?
