Spotify in South Africa

Hi , ive always used my friends spotify account since spotify wasnt in south africa yet but when u heard today that it is i went and made my own account and for some reason everything changed. Usualy on my phone with his account (it was a UK account ) I would find my personal tab with playlists and stations and songs on the right and to the left is home and all that stuff and if i went into my songs that i added / liked i could just click on it and it would play on the ps4 because im connected to my ps4. But now everything changed , on the right is a tab for Spotify Premium , on the left is home , on the home tab in the upper left corner is the personal and the songs i liked cannot be played ... when i click on them its just a preview and it plays a small part of the song . Please is there any way to change this back to the old UI or will it be changed soon ?
