Spotify listening via aux in car

Hi,

I have just tried to listen to Spotify via the headphone (aux) port in my Car Stereo. The problem being that it would immediately skip songs, before even starting to play them and then would ring the first person in my call list and immediately hang up then ring them again and again and again. Its really annoy to say the least. It did work on a previous road trip that I did- but then when I tried to do it a second time its done this.

Any help is much appreciated!

That sounds like the cable to me. Which cable type are you using (3 contact or 4?)

Also the cable could be loose at 1 end.
