Spotify lite has stopped working

My Question or Issue

It has been two days since the Spotify lite version has stopped working. When I click on a song it says that it's trying to connect then the taskbar stops working. Everything else works fine like I can search songs and see them but just can't play them. I've attached the screenshot of the lite version

I have tried these methods:

Deleted the cache 

Reinstalled the app

Logged in/out of my account

But none has worked. The internet connection is perfectly fine and I tried the Spotify version too but it has just a blank screen. It's not working anymore either.
