Spotify on Android Auto doesn't automatically select "This Phone" as the listening device

Repro steps:

1. Set up an internet connected bluetooth device at your home, like a receiver
2. Play music on that bluetooth device
3. Go to your car that has a bluetooth receiver that Android paired with (not spotify)
4. Turn on Android Auto
5. Try to play a song on Android Auto

What happens:
Spotify will play music on the bluetooth device (the receiver) at home, rather than throught he phone. However, because we're in Android Auto mode, we're unable to selected the device to play music to. 

What should happen:
When using android auto, spotify should select "This Phone" automatically as the playback device

Workaround:

1. Exit android auto
2. Open spotify app
3. Set playback device to "This phone"
4. Resume Android Auto
