Spotify only streams two songs then stops or plays downloaded songs

Spotify only streams two songs then stops or plays downloaded songs

Plan: Premium

Country: Morocco

Device: S22 ultra and S20 ultra

Operating System: Android 12 and 11

Issue: Spotify was working fine until this morning. It started streaming two songs then stops, and if I skip two songs, it would stop as well. I have tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache and data, turning on and off the wifi, using only mobile data. nothing worked.

I have also noticed the same issue in my old Samsung S20 ultra, I even did a factory reset and the issue persisted.

when I force stop the app, it would work but again only for two songs.

I have a small playlist that I've downloaded and it worked fine.

Basically, the app only works with downloaded songs.

I have tried the web player on my phone and it is working fine, Spotify on my PC also is working. My wife has a Oneplus phone, we are on the same family plan and her spotify is working just fine,

the issue is definitely related to Samsung

please help

thank you

After some digging, it is a profile issue that I have no idea how to solve. I did change my password but still same issue. I tried my wife's account on my phone and it is working just fine.

Any suggestions
