Spotify plays random music playlists I've never subscribed too before

It's driving me bonkers now. It's been on and off for over a year on 2 different phones.

All bar 2 or 3 of the recently played and heavy rotation are artists and playlists I've never listened too or never clicked play on.

Often whilst playing my own music it will cutoff and play one of these. Also when the musici turned off completely it will start up again. 

I'm on a family plan as the main account holder, sometimes play through home mini, checked all the spotify apps and removed them.

I'm not sure what else to try? I've searched Google for answers and found similar threads where people have had the same problem.

If there is music that you haven't listened to on your account, it could be that someone else has gained access to your account. Please follow the steps on this page to regain control over your account.
