Spotify running with no sound on Sony Z5 Compact

Hi,

Spotify worked perfectly the first time I installed in then when I tried to use it a second time, it looked like it was working but there was no sound (sound works perfectly on all other apps etc.) I uninstalled and it worked ok first time again, then again, no sound the second time. I have uninstalled again and now there is no sound even on the first go.

I looks like I'm not the only one with this issue judging by the app reviews in gogle play. What do I need to do to get it back up and running?

I have a z5 compact (E5823 model) and it happen me the same, I want hear a playlist the first song sounds normally but the next one not sound, I can't hear an album or a playlist without unlock the phone and forward and then return to the beginning of the song.
This situation it's annoying.
