Spotify skipping Samsung

My songs in spotify skip like a scratched cd, I've adjusted my unmonitered apps and cleared my cache and the issue persists

Can you try heading to: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/ and clicking 'Remove all'? This will mean re-downloading any offline tunes you might have, but let us know if it helps.
