Spotify starts playing on its own (latest version - Aug 2018)

My Question or Issue

 I have been using the latest Spotify version on my Android device (Galaxy S9 Plus).

For some reason, it starts playing on its own randomly, and it happened a few times in board meetings or other inappropriate occasions.  

Please let me know what I should be doing before I'll be forced to remove it from my device

My version is 8.4.68.911

That's not cool, are the tracks that play ones that you've been listening to recently? Or, do they seem random?

It continues the last playlist that was played before - just "wakes up" by itself and starts playing loudly
