Spotify stops doing what I want

Everything works fine meanwhile I am in the app, if I go to another app Spotify 1sec after that go crazy, notification bar changes to the first music I played, back and forward buttons doesnt works, including the pause one.. When I enter the app again nothing works, cant pause, cant change music, and I cant go search, home or explore sections, I have to force stop the app because it keep playing the music and the following in the playlist, if I close it in the open application list it keeps playing, I am using Android latest Android 4.
