Spotify stops when listening via internet wifi or data

When listening to music ()that is not downloaded yet. Spotify quits on me. The app shuts down without warning. When listening offline I have no problem. I have a personal login via a family subscribtion and use it on my mobile only. I have a samsung note3

Can you provide us with some more info:

- Does this happen to any specific playlist/artist/albums or tracks?

- Are you getting the same issue when using any other devices?

- Is this still happening if you restart your internet connection?
