Spotify suddenly won't play podcast episodes from CNN 5 Things and other podcasts under CNN name

My Question or Issue

Hi there, just this past late July (let say around late July or July 23, 2024) Spotify suddenly won't play podcast episodes from one specific podcast I love to listen to ("CNN 5 Things") and other podcasts under "CNN" (except for episodes from "CNN Breaking News Alerts Podcast under the "CNN" name that actually plays while others simply don't play) & "CNN Audio" names, while other podcasts I listen to, like "The Daily (From The New York Times), Al Jazeera News Updates and ABC News Updates" play just normally, and music also plays normally.

When I select an episode from "CNN 5 Things" and other podcasts under "CNN" & "CNN Audio" names it just aren't playing, the play button remains on the play button, but the progress bar doesn't move except for a second gray bar moving forth and back and no sounds are heard.

So far, I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling then reinstalling Spotify App (Then it surprisingly played an episode from "CNN 5 Things" after uninstalling & reinstalling Spotify App on my phone but later on the issue started to persist all over again), and I tried to play the non-working episodes of "CNN 5 Things" on both WiFi/Mobile data and on another Samsung Galaxy A05 device still nothing has worked so far except when I tried playing it on my HP Laptop 15 Windows 11 Pro laptop of which Spotify played it with ease without any constraints.

I would just like to reiterate that other podcasts, as well as music, work just fine; for some reasons it's just this podcast ("CNN 5 Things") and other podcasts under "CNN" & "CNN Audio" names in particular that aren't working (except for "CNN Breaking News Alerts" Podcast under the "CNN" name that actually plays while others simply don't play). Any help beyond what I've tried would be greatly appreciated. 

***Another thing I just realized, it seems like this issue pertains to ANY podcast under the "CNN" (The only Podcast that plays under the "CNN" name is the "CNN Breaking News Alerts" or "CNN Audio" names.

Lastly Spotify is granted permission to all access on my phone ranging from access Notifications to Contacts to enable it to perform smoothly. I have also attached screenshots & video of the issue below.

We appreciate your detailed description and all the steps you’ve tried.

I checked from my side and had no issues playing the podcasts you mentioned, so let's check what we can do to resolve this. For starters, can you try logging with a different account to check if you can play the podcasts from there? It can be a relative or friend's account. Or you can create a free account for testing purposes and delete it later.

On another, could you check if you can play the podcasts from the Web Player?
