Spotify won't connect on Mobile Data

My Question or Issue

As of about 3 or 4 months ago my spotify on Android will no longer play on mobile data. It tries to connect but then either says it's offline or gets stuck loading. It works fine when connected to wifi however. I have tried clearing all spotify data and re-installing which didn't help. logging in and logging out hasn't helped. Other apps work fine on mobile data so I doubt it's my provider.

Please follow these steps:

1. Do a clean reinstall.

2. Restart device.
