Spotify won't play any songs on my phone

My Question or Issue

Recently i got for free a new Motorola e6i and log my account to it, but afterward i decided to go back to my Motorola g8 Play

After that, my Motorola g8 Play can't play songs from any playlist, when i go to my library it says that i need to "create my first playlist" when i actually have more than 5 already.

When i try to use a playlist from spotify like daily mix or "This is Artist" it just stays all day loading.

However, with my motorola e6i everything is fine, also, i can use spotify in my desktop as usual.

Things that i've done to fix it but failed:

• Restarting the app
• Uninstalling and installing the app back again
• Log out from my motorola e6i
• Logging in to my motorola g8 play with my facebook profile, username and email

I fixed it, i just needed to restart my phone but still it's a weird thing.
