Spotify wont load on android

All software up to date

I have downloaded the app and deleted it 5 or 6 times now and doesnt work. It comes up with a black screen with the logo in the middle, goes to the home screen the straight back to the black screen with the logo. Im getting fed up of it now as not happy as im pay for a service i cant use. Also i dont want to use it on a web browser as the whole point of having an app is to use it.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the issue. Could you provide some details about your issue?

- I see you're on the family plan, does this happen with your other family members?

- Does your app kick you out after you see the Spotify logo on the middle to the home screen?

- Does your phone have enough storage to function normally?

It just happens on mine not the others on family plan. It will work on web broswer but not the app. There is plenty of room on my phone storage wise. Just shows the logo in the middle of the screen then kicks on out
