Stops playing and is mute after

Hi,

for a few weeks now I encounter a repeating problem with spotify playing songs.
Sometimes it just stops playing the playlist. When I push play again it sort of starts playing the next song but is mute. So the only thing that actually happens is the time bar moves on. At the end of the song it stops again... so far the only thing that would help was going to settings on my android phone, stop the app manually and restart it afterwards.

Any ideas?

Hi. Can you follow the troubleshooting guide and perform a clean reinstall. If that doesn't fix the problem, please post the infromation listed in the troubleshooting template. Thanks.

Hey there, you have odd problem.

Wouls you like to try clean re-install of app (remove app, boot your phone and install app back).

If after that still problwems, let me know, so I ask some information about yuor system and let then staff know about this.
