MY ISSUE:

There is already plenty of threads about this and this issue needs to be responded to immediately. So when you have your music downloaded to an SD card that's encrypted and you restart your phone everything gets deleted and switches the storage to internal resulting in automatically downloading your Playlists to your internal memory and when you have 3000+ songs it maxes it out and causes performance lag.
