Streaming cuts in and out. Downloaded music not so much

when I stream music from my tablet 90% of the time the music cuts in and out (unlistenable). but not so much to the music I downloaded to my tablet.I want to get the most out of my premium membership but it seems like I'm limited to downloading music first then playing it. it makes it difficult to discover new artist when you are basically downloading artist you are familiar with. Premium account, Android, Comcast wifi.

I assume it's related with your WiFi. 

When you perform a speedtest (speedtest.net ) what download speed do you get? 

Are you running on something like a proxy or VPN?

Not too sure what proxy or VPN is.
