Hey there @keremcam,
Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.
Can you try to send the video again since we couldn't open it?
Also - can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?
If that doesn't do the trick, can you log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Cheers!

Hey @keremcam,
Thanks for keeping us posted 🙂
Does the issue occur when you try on another device? That way we can check if it's a device-related issue.
If the issue doesn't occur on another device, it's a good idea to remove the SD card, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD. Are there any changes?
Keep us in the loop! We'll be right here if you have any further questions.
Hi @keremcam,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Just to confirm, were you able to test this using your account with a different device?
Also, could you let us know the exact app version you're currently running?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Hi again @keremcam,
Thanks for keeping us in the loop.
Would you mind letting us know the make, model and exact OS version running on your friend's device?
We'll continue investigating.
Hey @keremcam,
Thanks for this info!
Not to worry, all this info helps us take a better look into the issue to investigate what might be causing this specific behavior.
Could you let us know if the same thing happens when you skip the songs using the button instead of swiping?
Keep us posted.
