Suggested Songs on a Premium Account

Hi Guys!

I used to have a Family Account for a while and switched back to a normal Premium Subscription a few days ago. It seemed to have worked because i am (still) able to save songs to hear them offline. But when listening to some Albums, these annoying suggested songs popped up inbetween.

I thought it would be some kind of new 'feature' of Spotify, but when googling how to disable them, i learned that this seems to be a non-premium thing. Why do i still get them? I tried closing the app several times and tried to sign in again, but the Problem is still there. 

Does anyone else have these problems? Is this a known thing?

Suggested songs should only play on a free account. If you are hearing similar music when an album or playlist finishes, this should be fixed by turning off autoplay in spotify's settings.
