Syncing error message - too many tracks offline

I've just received this error message - too many tracks to sync, beyond the limit. The limit is published as 3,333. I only have 2107 synced. How do I address this?

Hey there, is it possible you've synced tracks in the past but then de-synced them without clearing your cache? That'd account for the missing ~1000 tracks.

If you head into Spotify's Settings you'll find a clear cache/remove data option. If you go through with that and then re-sync you should be able to sync the 3,333 tracks.
