The New Moblie App

The New Moblie App

This isn't an idea, but morer of a complaint. The new mobile app (at least, the Android one) sucks. It is so difficult to add songs to a playlist that I turned my computer on for the first time in a month to add one album. Someone fix this. Just bring back what you had before; in no way has the app made anything better.

Hey @kl12235565,

I'm sorry you feel that way. It's currently not possible to revert your account to a previous version, but I've passed your feedback to the right team.

Dear spotify... are you trying to make money or lose money? Each update on the desktop made things worse and everyone has been complaining for years to revert back to the orginal back when it had great features that worked and it was fast. Why do I need a super computer from NASA to run spotify on my desktop and now my phone!!!! the community doesn't care about how "pretty' it looks we want a fast and functioning system, just roll everything back and stop with the uncessary updates. what is it exactly you're trying to do in the background with all of the bad updates? everything takes forever to load and to add songs to a list now.

Now you made the situation even better by breaking mobile. it shouldn't take 5mins to load on a Note 8 with version 8.4.55.521. I would expect better with a paid version but i've followed the complaints with even paid users, how can you treat customers like this?

Don't tell us you are working on the problem with future enhancements, you've already created a great product with past versions. Test your product before you push it out on everyone or just roll back to the good days ,leave it alone.
