The quality of the songs turn out poor sometimss

I am falling in love with Spotify and planning to pay for Premium, but these days I have been dealing with the music not playing smoothly. Although I set up the quality as 'high quality', some parts of the songs still do not sound well. May I ask whether this is related to the full storage of my phone? Or is there anything wrong with my phone? My problem seems a little bit confusing as it might not usually occur. Would love to solve this problem as I prefer Spotify to other music apps I know. 🙂

Hey @Shampooshams, that's odd!

Can you let us know the following:

1. Device and Spotify version.

2. Operating system.

3. Is this happening with a specific song?

4. Is this happening over WiFi or 3G/4G?

5. When did this start happening exactly? Was it after an update?

6. Is this just happening with your device or across multiple devices?

I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if it helps. This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache.
