The volume on Spotify on my phone shows that it's up all the way but is low

Even though the volume level is at the highest level, it is still quiet. Volume is the same at the top levels. This only happens while in the Spotify app.

You can check the system settings on the device. Perhaps the audio output for the Spotify app is lowered. 

If you're having trouble with that, you can tell us what device you're using, and we'll do our best to help you figure out how to fix the volume.

Hey @ge00,

Can you please also check if the volume level in Spotify's settings is set to Quiet? If yes, change it to Loud and see if that makes a difference.
