Thumbs Up/Down not available on next song

My Question or Issue

Hi, I am having problems with thumbs up/down icon, in that when I have selected it for a song, the icon doesn't reset itself when the next song plays. I have to go back to the playlist or minimise Spotify to reset it. Any ideas please?
