Trouble with offline listening and new phone

2 questions here:

1. I just got the Galaxy S8 and its telling me im not allowed to play all of the albums i have downloaded when i switch to "offline mode"

2. i didnt realize that you had to log into your account once every 30 days to keep your subscription "alive". So after the 30 days, i logged in and im wondering how long i have to wait for "offline mode" capabilities to kick in? i use 2 devices and both mostly used with "offline mode" and its becoming very frustrating that im paying for Premium and not be able to use the services i should be able to. Any help would be great.

1. Could you be more specific about what isn't working as it should? Do you get any error messages? Just a thought - did you download your offline music on the S8? You can't transfer downloaded content by moving an SD card over - the spotify content is locked.

2. Once you download the music to your S8 you will be able to listen offline straight away but be sure to go online every 30 days.
