[Troubleshoot] Album cover loading and download problems

My Question or Issue
Album cover art isn't loading with listening window, downloading new songs can range from slow to basically unresponsive,  and loading for playlist art is slow.

I have updated my phone, I restarted my phone more than once, I uninstalled Spotify more than once, I've deleted cache on both the app and my phone, and I've removed my sd card and transferred the data into internal. Works fine on my Ipad and computer. The app is up to date. This has just been happening recently, I have had the app on my phone for a while. What else can I do? Is this just a bug? Should I wait until the next update?

Problem resolved. It was my internet connection.
