Unable to share my music in Facebook

Hi, I'm unable to share the song I'm listening to on Facebook since 2 days ago. I'm using Android device. Facebook app opens up with this error message: "Share preview could not be fetched". Anyone else facing the same problem? How can I resolve this? Thank you in advance.

Can you confirm if you are using the normal Facebook or the alpha/beta version?

Seems a few issues with Spotify & Facebook at the moment.

I am not sure if it is Alpha/Beta. But the version is 6.0.0.28.28.

Between, this issue just started 2 days ago. Before this I had no problem.

Is this happening on all content or just particular tracks?

It's happening for all tracks (at least from what I have tried) from "The Killers"

Right now it looks like it's not a user error and it's a bug.

Workaround: Instead of sharing through facebook, copy the share link and enter the link manually (paste it) when posting a Facebook post. Hopefully, that works.

From what I believe, Facebook scrapes the link and pulls that information into a preview window. I could be totally wrong, which most likely I might be, it could be Spotify not sending the right link/data or the song is not availble in your region.

If there is still a link when trying to share, could you please post that link. 😄

I'm not sure if this means anything, but here is an update:

Tracks that can't be played in my country don't load a preview box when posting the link on Facebook. If I try to share the song from my client it doesn't even go through.
