Unable to sign in when in offline mode

I just got logged out from Spotify (on android) probably because of an update.
I happened to be in offline mode, though, and now when I try to log in, it tells me I have to go in online mode first, which I can't because I'm not logged in....

Anyone knows how to get out of this?

Hi. You'll need to reinstall. Just follow the steps here.

I was really hoping that there was a way to fix it without losing all my offline music. (I'm abroad, which is why I was in offline mode in the first place)

This is not a solution, it is a real nuisance. It should not happen but it happens. It happened to me too. Once off line marks will not let log because you tell yourself that you are disconnected. Your solution is not permanent and will happen once you do what you say. This must be solved by Spotify and there are many people complaining with the same problem.
