Unsubscribing until this is fixed

Unsubscribing until this is fixed

About a month ago, Spotify began persistently crashing on mobile every time I'd use it. The only way for it to function would be to reset my phone, and then MAYBE it'd work. When it did work, it would constantly tell me I didn't have enough space to download my playlists, despite plenty of space on my phone to do so. I uninstalled the app, erased all my playlists, reinstalled, only to find I still had the same problems. I went to my subscription page to see if I could figure out what was going on and noticed my credit card entered had expired. Easy enough, I'll just update that, I thought. Nope. The system wouldn't let me update it. You know what the system would let me do? Cancel my subscription. Given that was my last option, that was the one I took. If someone can help me get Spotify going again, then I'd be happy to renew my subscription and keep my service going. But until then I'd rather save the $10 a month and save the frustration.
