Upgraded to Premium, still says Free user - Help!

Upgraded to Premium, still says Free user - Help!

I've paid for a month of Premium membership, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, and phone says I still need to upgrade.

 

On the computer under Account > Subscription, it says I am a Premium user, but my phone doesn't know this.

 

Moderator, please help!

yeah I am having the exact same problem it still will only let me use the radio function on my phone. even though I just signed up for a premium acount and it says I have one.

I am having the same problem as well, I JUST upgraded from free to premium but when I try to listen to anything on my phone it tells me I still need to upgrade....also when i try to make my playlists available in offline mode on the desktop application is says I still need to upgrade as well....BUT my account says I have a premium membership.....PLEASE help!  SO frustrated!!!

I'm a premium user with my service provider. The app still says free. Does anyone know how to get in touch with spotify for solution please. Thanks.

If your premium membership is part of your contract with your service provider, you should get in touch with them and they should be able to help you.
