Using Spotify Jam with Android Auto, doesn't connect like it used to

My Question or Issue

My partner and I have been using Android Auto and Spotify Jam simultaneously, so I can connect my S22+ with my car, to use both Waze and Spotify, and she can add her music and control the music with her Spotify with the Spotify Jam.

As of a most recent update, I want to say within the last week ( I can't recall ). Whenever she joins my Android Auto hosted Spotify Jam, she can no longer alter the songs and it doesn't load the current playlist that I automatically have due to launching Android Auto. Whenever she tries to play music whilst part of the 'Jam' it plays it out of her phone and the device says 'This Phone' as opposed to the Car icon which I believe it used to have.

Something with the new Spotify update has made it so that this no longer works.

We tested with the this Jam outside of the car, and it correctly selects the 'speaker' assigned. I think the issue is coming from the fact that Spotify for whatever reason, is unable to select and see the Android Auto speaker and doesn't allow the guests to play there for whatever reason.

I also tested on other cars, and acquired the same issue.

I have attached an image of these options too, which have been a recent addition and what I think might be the culprit.

Can you please create a new account for testing purposes and use it on your partner's device to join the Jam? We'd like to make sure this isn't an account-related issue.
